What is oneVcard? oneVcard is your personal digital business card. With oneVcard, you share your contact information and social media channels digitally through the QR code in the app or one of our physical products.

Can I try oneVcard for free? Of course!

Register here for free, and we will give you 14 days of our Premium features.

After the trial, you can use oneVcard for free with our Lite plan.

Can I book a workshop for organizations/teams? In a personal, approximately 1-hour video conference, we will explain the use of oneVcard Teams to you and/or your team. We will cover the following components:

  • General functionality
  • Initial setup
  • Inviting team members
  • CSV import (if desired)
  • Creating and using templates
  • Mass updates
  • Using the oneVcard app

The wrong state is listed in my delivery address Don’t worry! The state is not relevant for domestic shipments within Germany, so it is not included on the shipping label.

Prices including VAT All displayed prices in the Teams configurator include 19% German VAT. A breakdown of the net price and tax will be provided at the end of the configuration process after entering your contact details.

Is oneVcard free and will it remain free? Our free service, oneVcard Lite, is and will remain free for you. We subsidize the cost of providing the app through advertisements. However, these ads will never be so intrusive that they limit your use of the app.

I can’t log in / sign up or I forgot my password

Forgot your password? No problem. If you’ve forgotten your password and are already registered with us, don’t worry! Simply click on “Forgot Password.” You’ll then be guided to create a new password so you can regain access to your account.

Issues logging in with your email address? If you’re having trouble logging in with your email address, please first check if you’re using the correct password. If you’re unsure, try resetting your password as described above. If you don’t receive an email to reset your password, it may be that the email address you provided is incorrect. In this case, please check if you have any other email addresses that you may have used to register.

Not registered yet or want to use a new email address? If you’re not yet registered with us or would like to use a new email address, we are happy to welcome you! You can easily register on our website or directly in the oneVcard app. The process is simple and straightforward, allowing you to create a new account with your current email address.
