Analytics

The analytics tiles provide insights into the following statistics. By clicking on a tile, you can filter the data by date or user. See more

Views

A view is counted when a contact opens a digital business card.

Scans

A scan is counted when a contact scans a oneVcard metal card, badge, or QR code.

A share is counted when an administrator or employee sends a digital business card via the sharing function, and it is subsequently opened.

Number of Created Business Cards

The bottom left tile shows how many business cards have been created in your team. With oneVcard Teams, you can create as many business cards as you need for each employee.

Number of Added Employees

The bottom middle tile shows how many members have been added or invited to the team. This number cannot exceed your booked quota.

Quota

The quota shows how many users (employees) you can still invite.

Administrator Functions

In the upper right corner, the following functions can be performed:

Switch to your personal dashboard (Your own digital business card)
Log out
