Actions with Large Data Sets
When performing actions involving a large number of digital business cards or users, it may take some time for the action to be fully completed, depending on the scope.
Important: It is recommended to keep the browser window open to monitor when the action is completed. During the operation, no other actions should be performed within the same team.
Updating Business Cards
You can refer to the following table for an estimated duration:

These times apply, for example, to adjusting business cards or updating a template.
User Rights During Business Card Updates
When making large updates to data, you should revoke users’ ability to adjust their business card. To do this, go to the side panel, click on Rights —> Business Cards, and toggle the top switch to “off.” After all changes are applied, you can toggle the switch back to “on.”
Importing Users via an Organisation
The import process takes anywhere from a few seconds to several minutes, depending on the scope. Please do not close the page during this time.
