Setting Up a Team

Prerequisites

  • You have already created a new team as described in the Create a Team step.

1. Unlock the Quota (Skip if using demo)

To allocate your purchased quota to the team, send a message to our support with the email address of the (future) administrator: Send Message

2. Overview in the Team Dashboard

After logging in, select the desired team in the organisation.

The oneVcard Teams dashboard is the starting point for all activities. Here you can view some analytical data as well as how many employees (users) and business cards have already been created. Learn more here: Open Link

To customize the oneVcard Teams interface to your company, you can upload your logo. Learn how to do this here: Open Link

4. Set Permissions for Team Members

With oneVcard Teams, you can determine whether your employees can edit their digital business cards themselves or if they should only be managed centrally. Learn how this works here: Open Link

5. White Labeling

With our white-label functions, you can hide any references to oneVcard. Learn more here: Open Link

6. Create Templates

With templates, you can easily transfer design, text, and settings to a group of users. We recommend using at least one template. Learn how to use templates here: Open Link

7. Invite Users

Provide your employees with their personal digital business cards. To do this, invite them first. Learn how to do this here: Open Link

8. Invite Additional Administrators (Optional)

If you want to add more administrators to your team, you can do so as follows: Click Here

9. Create Digital Business Cards (Optional)

With oneVcard Teams, you can quickly and easily create digital business cards for your employees. Learn exactly how this works here: Open Link

In addition to the purely digital exchange of contact information, physical cards can also be used. Here you have the choice of whether your users should link their physical cards themselves: Open Link or whether these should already be delivered ready to use. In this case, you will perform the linking: Open Link
