Setting Up an Organisation
1. Create an Organisation
Start by creating your organisation. Learn more here: Create Organisation
2. Unlock the Quota (Skip if using demo)
To allocate your purchased quota to the organisation, send a message to our support with the email address of one of your administrators of your existing organisations: Send Message
3. Organization Settings
Set basic settings and customize your organization through the settings. Learn more here: Organization Settings
4. Permission Management
Set the permissions in your organization to determine which functions your users and administrators are allowed to perform: Permissions in the Organization
5. Creating Templates
With templates, you can easily transfer profile information, design, text, and settings to a group of users. We recommend using at least one template. Learn how to use templates here: Open Link
6. Enterprise Only: Enable Integrations and Single Sign-On
Automatically transfer your employee data via our interface and use oneVcard with your existing login credentials via SSO.
To activate this functionality, please contact the oneVcard team. We strongly recommend coordinating this before proceeding to avoid unintended effects.
7. Adding Users
Add your users using the “New” button or by importing them. They will receive an initial business card. You can send the invitation with login credentials immediately or later. Learn how to do this here: Open Link
8. Optional: Setting Up Additional Teams
If you need subgroups with separate administration, you can create additional teams within your organization. Learn more here: Open Link
