Setting Up an Organisation
1. Create an Organisation
Start by creating your organisation. Learn more here: Create Organisation
2. Features in the Dashboard - Team Management
By default, a team is automatically created, which serves as the main team for the organisation and is marked with the building icon. We recommend starting with one team. Learn more here: Features in the Dashboard
3. Activate Integrations and Single-Sign-On
This allows you to automatically transfer your employee data via our interface and use oneVcard with your existing login credentials via SSO.
To activate this feature, please contact the oneVcard team. We strongly recommend coordinating this before proceeding with further activities to avoid unwanted effects.
4. Administrators
You can add additional admins to manage the organisation. Learn more here: Administrators
5. Organisation Users
Here you can see all users listed and in which teams they are members. Learn more here: User Overview
6. Rights Management
Set the rights within your organisation to determine which functions admins can perform: Rights in the Organisation
