Regularly, we ensure that new features and improvements are made available to our users. Most of the time, this happens in the background, and no one notices it.

However, from time to time, maintenance is necessary, during which our services may be temporarily unavailable.

Maintenance Newsletter

All of our team admins automatically receive the newsletter. Once a new maintenance is scheduled, they will receive an email with the corresponding time slot. A follow-up email is sent once the maintenance is completed.

SLA

Customers with an applicable SLA (part of Teams Enterprise) or according to contract terms, will receive an early notification of the scheduled maintenance, at the latest according to the terms of the contract.
