Here we answer the most common questions about using oneVcard Organisations and their features.

How do I find my organisation ID?

There are 3 ways to find your organisation ID:

Option 1
Click on your team name in the dashboard. The organisation ID will now be copied to your clipboard and can be pasted elsewhere.

Option 2
Go to Settings in the organisation dashboard. At the bottom, you will find your team ID.

Option 3
In the address bar of your browser (e.g., Firefox, Chrome, or Safari), you can also find your team ID. When you are in the organisation dashboard, the numbers and digits after the / are your team ID.

What is the difference between an Organisation and Teams?

The organisation is subordinate to the teams and represents your entire organisation. Teams are used to divide locations or departments, for example.
