Team Management - Administrators
Preparation
Access the team management portal through this link and log in with your administrator account: Teams
Select the desired team for which you want to manage administrators.
Overview of Administrators
The page provides a transparent overview of all active administrators.
Add Administrator
- Open the “Administrators” menu item and click the “Add” button.

- Enter the email address of the user you want to appoint as an administrator.

If the new administrator does not yet have a oneVcard account, an account will automatically be created, and the new administrator will receive an email with an initial password to access it.
Deleting Administrators
To remove an administrator, click the three-dot menu of the respective administrator and select the “Delete” option. Alternatively, you can select multiple administrators and remove them via the action menu.
