Administrators

Here, you’ll find an overview of the permissions available to administrators in your organisation.

Import Permissions

These permissions allow you to specify whether administrators are allowed to import certain data into their teams.

Allow User Import

This setting allows the administrators of your teams to import users from the main team of the organisation into their respective teams.
For example, this can be used to enable another location to create its own team with unique business cards while using the existing users from the organisation or main team. Another use case would be creating an event team for a trade show, where separate administrators manage different business cards.

If an administrator deletes an imported user from a team, the user will still remain in the organisation or main team.

Allow Template Import

This setting allows the administrators of your teams to import templates from the main team of the organisation into their respective teams.

Edit Permissions

These permissions allow you to specify whether administrators can edit certain data within their teams.

Manage Admins

This permission determines whether administrators can add other administrators to their team or remove existing ones. It helps manage the team’s admin structure and ensures that only authorized individuals hold this responsible role.

Manage Roles & Permissions

This permission specifies whether administrators can manage roles and permissions within their team and assign them to their users.

Manage Integrations

This permission allows administrators to manage integrations within their team. This includes creating, editing, or deleting integrations. Additionally, it enables them to manage API keys and configure field mappings required for integration with other systems.

Edit Settings

This permission controls whether administrators can make changes to the basic settings of the team. This includes updating the team logo, changing the team name, and setting or updating the contact person responsible for administrative or organisational inquiries.

Visibility Permissions

These permissions allow you to control what information administrators can see in their teams.

View Quota

When this permission is enabled, administrators can view the team’s quota. If the permission is disabled, administrators will only see the following view:
